產品特點
1.防爆空調按(an)性能可分(fen)為單冷和(he)冷暖兩(liang)種,按(an)結構(gou)形式(shi)可分(fen)為窗機、分(fen)體(ti)掛(gua)壁式(shi)、分(fen)體(ti)柜(ju)式(shi)三種。
2.防爆空調(diao)是在空調(diao)的基礎上,按照(zhao)GB 3836系列標準的要求(qiu)進行防爆設計,采用特殊加(jia)工工藝和制(zhi)造方法進行防爆加(jia)工處理;
3.可根(gen)據用戶要(yao)求選擇空調(diao)品牌,如:格力、美的(de)、海(hai)爾(er)、長虹等;
4.防(fang)爆(bao)空調管路連接(jie)和普通空調*,電(dian)氣(qi)連接(jie)一(yi)定要按防(fang)爆(bao)電(dian)氣(qi)安裝工(gong)藝要求,先將電(dian)源引入防(fang)爆(bao)控制箱,再從防(fang)爆(bao)控制箱分別引入到室(shi)內(nei)機(ji)和室(shi)外(wai)機(ji);

處理方案
1.掛壁(bi)式(shi)(shi)、柜式(shi)(shi)防爆(bao)空(kong)調(diao)都是在(zai)普通空(kong)調(diao)的基礎(chu)上,嚴格按照GB 3836系列標準對室內、室外機分別(bie)進行防爆處理;
2. 室外機(ji):按(an)照(zhao)標準的要求,采(cai)用特殊(shu)工藝和(he)(he)制造方法,對內部電氣控制部分、壓縮(suo)機(ji)、風機(ji)和(he)(he)保(bao)護系統進行加工處理(li)(li),加工處理(li)(li)后的室外機(ji)外型(xing)、安裝(zhuang)尺(chi)寸及(ji)安裝(zhuang)方法與原機(ji)*;
3. 室(shi)(shi)內機(ji):將室(shi)(shi)內機(ji)內部電氣控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部分分解,按照標準要求,重新進行防爆設(she)計處理,形成獨立的防爆控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)箱(xiang),實現手動控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功能(neng)。防爆處理后(hou),室(shi)(shi)內機(ji)外形尺寸、安(an)裝方式與(yu)原機(ji)*。防爆控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)箱(xiang)尺寸見選型表;
4. 在室內、室外機防(fang)爆(bao)處(chu)(chu)理過程中(zhong),采用多種防(fang)爆(bao)形式,弱(ruo)電控(kong)制部分(fen)采用本(ben)安防(fang)爆(bao)處(chu)(chu)理形式。
